I grew up in a family where I was instilled respect for people, nature and animals. They taught me to trust in life, look at it from positivism and motivated me to create. I have grown up changing places of residence many times, but always close to nature, being able to enjoy and learn from it. My family taught me to see the intrinsic beauty of this one.
After conducting several studies related to the environment, I worked for a public company in the forestry sector and later in my own company of environmental education and active tourism.
I had a personal and physical crisis, this made a “click” in my life, and led me to break everything and move country. I extended my horizon and everything began to grow positively.
When I returned to Spain I decided to explore the nature of the human being and his healing through it. I think that the best way to protect mother earth and ourselves is to reconnect with her, but to achieve this we have to recover our ancestral connection, we have to heal ourselves.
I did studies in Granada of manual therapies and Reiki but it was not until a year later, when I came back from Southeast Asia, when Yoga found me.
I believe that an integral, holistic and intelligent medicine is possible, where the person takes value as being unique but connected at the same time, being part of a whole.
I opened my own therapy surgery where I had the opportunity to help people to heal holistically. I gave yoga classes to people of all ages, from children, giving classes in the morning classroom of the public school, to seniors. I have also given workshops and conferences fo town halls, associations and festivals.
I love to travel so now my project is nomad 🙂

A degree of Advanced Studies in Traditional Chinese Medicine, with a double qualification: On the one hand, that issued by the European TCM Foundation in collaboration with the Universities of Chinese Medicine of Beijing and Yunnan, and on the other hand, that issued by the European University of the Atlantic as its own qualification.
I have managed, organized and worked in my own practice in Serón (Almería).
